Skills Workshops

Our communication and management skills workshops deliver the knowledge and practical ability that enable our clients to communicate with confidence, force and effect. Workshops are available in both and Open and in an In-Company format. Individual coaching sessions can also be arranged.

Open workshops are available through Advance Communication partners such as the Cambra de Comerç de Barcelona, COPCA and other such associations. Detailed schedules are available on request.

In-company workshops are developed around the unique needs of a team and typically comprise of several topics programmed over a period of months or years. An overview of these topics can been seen in our skills wheel. Full listings are available on request.

Examples of these include:

• a fast-track career development program for ‘high potentials’ concentrating on management skills and international business.
• a presentation and meetings program for a technical team that began working with several foreign teams.
• a change program for a company that was downsizing, introducing new management and setting new objectives.

Spanish, English or Catalan?

Our programs are available in Spanish, English or Catalan. Many of our international clients prefer to work in English as this helps them ‘kill two birds with one stone’, making dramatic improvements in their language ability while they are focused on developing communication or management skills.
